School Proximity updates complete

School Proximity updates are now complete.
Please note that the UpdateDateTime is not affected by these changes, however any frame that’s had school updates will have an updated DateTime in the Distance array within the API.
For subscribers to school data, updated DateTimes will also be viewable on frame downloads via the website.
